Delivery Schedule
We will email you on receipt of your order and aim to deliver your goods as soon as possible. We will normally send your order to you within three working days. International orders are sent by airmail which usually takes about 10 days.
Please note that we can only send orders to one address. If you require an item in a multi-item order to be sent to a different address then it needs to be on a separate order.
Import Duties
Overseas Customers Only : import duties vary around the world depending on each country's importation legislation. It is the customer's responsibility to discover what, if any, import duties their order may be subject to, and the liability for import duties resides solely with the customer.

Guarantee and Refund Policy
We are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30-day no quibble guarantee. Please inform us immediately if you find any fault with the goods. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we ask that you contact us either through email or telephone. We will refund the purchase price in full, provided that the item(s) are returned within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that items are returned at the sender's cost and risk and we advise you to return the items via a traceable service. Under current EU regulations, you have the right to cancel your order in any case within seven days of creating the contract with Preseli Bluestone Ltd or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).
If you cancel your order before the goods are despatched, your money will be refunded immediately. If you cancel your order after receipt of goods, your money will be refunded after you have returned the goods to Preseli Bluestone Ltd. This will normally happen within 1 day of receipt, but in any case will take place within the 30 days permitted by law.
